Terms and conditions

1. Who is selling

The kalki.work website and its products belong to KALKI DRIM MAGAZIN S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 42565965, Trade Register no. J39/335/2020, registered office Str. Măgura 57F, Focșani, Vrancea County, Romania (“we”). You can reach us at [email protected] and +40 767 235 693.

2. What we sell

We sell licences for Argot Pro (a plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce) and Kalki Voice Pro (a Windows app with cloud services). Argot and Kalki Voice also have free versions you can use without buying anything.

3. What the licence gives you

• Argot Pro: the right to receive the Argot Pro archive, updates and email support, on the number of sites in your plan, while the licence is valid. Argot and Argot Pro code is distributed under the GPL-2.0-or-later licence; Pro features stay on your site after the licence expires.
• Kalki Voice Pro: cloud transcription and AI clean-up through our server, on up to 3 computers, with a cap of 1,800 transcription minutes a month, plus email support, while the subscription is paid. You may not resell the licence or share it with other people.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros on the product pages. Payment is handled by Stripe, by card or other methods shown on the payment page. The payment page shows the final price, taxes (including your country’s VAT) and who issues the tax document. We never see or store your card details.

5. Subscriptions

Licences are sold as subscriptions (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically at the end of each period until you stop them. You can stop them at any time in the Stripe customer portal; stopping takes effect at the end of the period already paid. If we change a subscription price, the new price applies only from the next renewal, after we tell you by email.

6. Delivery

Right after payment you get your licence key on the “Thank you” page and, for Argot Pro, a download link. You can request the download link again at any time, with your key, on the “Your licence” page.

7. Right of withdrawal

The rules on withdrawing from the contract (14 days), the exception for digital content and the online withdrawal function are on the Refunds and withdrawal page.

8. Fair use

You may not bypass licence checks for cloud services, use Kalki Voice Pro services automatically in volumes that go beyond one person dictating, or try to obtain other customers’ keys. If that happens, we may suspend the licence after notifying you.

9. Liability

We do our best to keep the products working correctly and the services available, but cloud services also depend on our providers (Cloudflare, Groq, Stripe). Our liability is limited as far as the law allows; your statutory rights as a consumer are not limited by these terms.

10. Disputes

Romanian law applies. If something goes wrong, write to us first and we’ll look for a solution together. As a consumer you can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies, or the consumer authority in your own country.
